Withdrawal & refund policy

In plain words: what happens to your money if you change your mind. This page explains when the statutory right of withdrawal applies and when it lapses. It does not restrict that right.

1. The four cases

Case 1

Unused credits, within 14 days

You get a full refund of the part of the price attributable to the credits you have not used. No reason needs to be given.

Case 2

Credits you have already spent

No refund. The reason, stated openly: the service for those credits was performed in full, and at checkout you expressly asked for the credits to be made available immediately and confirmed that your right of withdrawal lapses for the portion you use, under the statutory rule for services fully performed at the consumer’s request.

Case 3

After the 14 days have passed

No refund — but nothing is lost either. Your credits remain usable without a time limit. They do not expire.

Case 4

A technical fault on our side

If an action failed because of a fault on our side and produced no usable result, the credits it consumed are credited back to your account. Write to us and name the action and the date.

2. A worked example

You bought Package M for €59 with 450 credits and used 100 of them. You withdraw within 14 days.

Price paid€59.00
Credits used (100 of 450)€13.11
Refunded (350 credits)€45.89

The used share is calculated pro rata: €59 ÷ 450 credits × 100 credits used.

3. How to request a refund

Send an e-mail to refunds@evenstand.com with:

No form is required. You can also use the model withdrawal form in the terms and conditions, or the contact form.

4. Processing time and payment method

We confirm receipt in writing and process the refund without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your declaration. Refunds are made to the payment method you originally used. No fees are charged for the refund.

5. Relationship to the statutory right of withdrawal

This page explains our practice. It does not shorten the statutory right of withdrawal. As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons; the right lapses only for the part you have already used, and only because you expressly requested immediate performance at checkout. The full withdrawal instruction and the model withdrawal form are in the terms and conditions.

Your right of withdrawal applies even though the provider is established in the USA, because the offering is directed at consumers in the European Union.
