A photo or a PDF of the notice or the bill. Nothing else to fill in.
Objections · bill reviews · reimbursements
A rejection notice arrives and you have four weeks to answer it. Upload the document — Evenstand reads it, explains it in plain language and drafts a complete letter. You check it, adjust it and send it yourself.
How it works
Under four minutes from envelope to signed letter. The only part we don’t do is the part that should stay yours.
You decide whether and what you send. Evenstand never contacts an insurer, an authority or a doctor on your behalf.
Step 4 is yoursCredits
A rejected claim is not a monthly habit. So there is no monthly plan. You buy credits once and spend them per document. They don’t expire, and if the matter is settled next week, nothing keeps running.

ChooseWhat you buy is credits for our software. Credits are usable only inside Evenstand, are issued and honoured by us alone, and are not a means of payment, not e-money and not redeemable anywhere else. Evenstand is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any health insurer, private insurer, benefits office or public authority, and it does not resell any official or government service. No particular outcome of an objection or a reimbursement request is promised. Available to consumers aged 18 and over; not available in countries subject to relevant sanctions.
Your data
A notice or a bill says something about your body. That is a special category of personal data under Article 9 GDPR, and it is processed only with your explicit consent — which you can withdraw at any time.
Read the privacy policyNo. Evenstand is a software tool that produces text templates. It does not provide legal advice, it does not represent you, and it is not a regulated legal service in any jurisdiction. You review the draft, decide what to change and send it in your own name.
Documents are processed to produce your analysis and your letter, and for nothing else. Processing rests on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, you can delete documents yourself at any time, and nothing is used for model training. The privacy policy lists every processor involved.
No. Credits you have paid for stay in your account without a time limit. They are not transferable to other accounts and cannot be paid out in cash.
Within 14 days of purchase we refund the share of the price attributable to credits you have not used. Credits already spent are not refunded, because the service was performed in full and you asked for it to start immediately. The refund policy works through this with an example.
Yes. Alongside objections to statutory-insurer decisions, the tool drafts reimbursement requests to private insurers and public-sector benefits offices, and reviews medical bills against the fee schedule.
You can edit every draft yourself, or have it revised with your additional details for 4 credits. Nothing is sent automatically — the letter only leaves your hands when you send it.
Sometimes, yes. If a large amount is at stake, if court proceedings are already running or if the matter turns on a genuinely disputed point of law, a specialist lawyer is the right place to go. Evenstand helps you write the first letter yourself — it does not replace representation.
